1. how amazing the colour of the water can be.
2. the lack of customer service in this country
3. how every restaurant in Male’ has the same menu
4. that you can’t buy beer in the supermarket
5. the extravagant prices charged to stay at resorts on the weekends
6. how amazing it is to step onto a 5-star resort that most people would kill to spend a holiday on.
7. all the rubbish that washes up along shore line of Male’
8. how little water there is in all the surf breaks in the Maldives
9. that most Maldivian women are fully clothed with head scarves and beautifully coloured dresses
10. that I live in a world surrounded by water
