I see evil behind the double veil.
What seems evil to me, seems like convenience for everyone else. Harbours are desired by islanders. So much so that communities have resorted to near rioting, to pressure authorities to speedup dredging projects. From villigili island, close to the capital, this area used to be dominated by merry windsurfers and speed enthusiasts trying out jet skis. The only banana riding facility (for locals) vanished with the start of dredging.
