My lust for food must be obvious from my posts.
Fried rice, enmasse. Chefs from nasandhura palace, one of the more professionals in town... display their skills at an open air fair. This is a stand alone stall, open all sides, where customers have the extra benefit of watching their food being readied. Meanwhile my camera is also being grilled alive from its closeness to burning flames.
